ENTITLEMENT – experienced in the California Environmental Quality Act, Map Act, zoning compliance process, and jurisdictional permits
DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT – engage architects and general contractors on design and construction projects to meet client and market demand
FEASIBILITY/FINANCIAL ANALYSIS - develop financial models for investment and development projects including investment waterfall and return calculations
